Please be aware that slight product colour and texture variations may occur occasionally.

Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order if you wish to do so. If you do, you must send us written notification of your wish to cancel within 7 working days after the day on which you receive the Goods. Please note that your right to return products does NOT apply to custom made or bespoke products. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Goods must be returned to us with both goods and all packaging in their original condition and securely wrapped. After we have received the goods, we will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods returned no later than 30 days from the date of receipt.
If you do not return the goods to us, you will be liable for the cost. If you fail to take reasonable care of the items we reserve the right not to accept the return.

Product Pricing

Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Secure Online Payment

All Credit and Debit Card payments are handled securely by PayPal. Clan Jamfrie do not hold, or have access to any credit / debit card or payment details.

Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to decline any order and in such cases a full refund of any payment made will be refunded directly to your credit / debit card.

Delivery Postage & Packaging

If ordering from outwith the UK, we ask that you contact us first for a delivery quote.

Subject to stock availability and / or creation of custom made or bespoke products, we aim to despatch your items within 48 hours of processing your order. However, orders cannot be dispatched on Saturday or Sunday. We will contact you about specific delivery times of any products that are made to order.

Standard UK Delivery

Delivery charges vary for each item and are clearly show in the shopping cart before you checkout. Delivery is normally within 3-7 working days via Royal Mail. Please check our product pages for any special delivery information relating to specific products. For larger items, we reserve the right to alter these charges. We will confirm charges prior to despatch should they be different from those published.
It’s our aim to despatch orders in the shortest possible time. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays occurred while your order is in transit.

Returns Policy

We trust that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, should you wish to return goods we will refund your order provided it is in an unused condition. Returns can be made within 7 days of receipt of your goods.

Please note that goods are returned at your own cost. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post. We recommend the use of a registered postal service for your protection. Please note custom made items cannot be returned.
